FOSFA, the global authority on standardized contracts for international oil and fats trade, faced a significant digital challenge. Before partnering with Link1 Studios, their online presence was limited to a basic brochure website, which fell short of leveraging their global influence and reach in the digital sphere.
FOSFA had initially envisioned a straightforward brochure website, but their previous site—which is no longer online—offered much more.
It included a dedicated member area, a fully functional e-commerce section, and, most critically, seamless integration with their customized CRM system.
This comprehensive setup, amounting to about 200 pages visible and many more hidden, was created in record time due to issues with the past supplier. It enabled efficient member management, streamlined transactions, and enhanced customer relationship management.

Legal content means that there was absolutely no room for error in the copy or design.
Over a dedicated three-month period, we collaborated closely with our client, holding daily calls to align on the project’s development.
This intensive communication allowed us to adapt the website in real time to the client’s evolving requirements.
Our primary goal was to integrate the website seamlessly with the client’s bespoke CRM, enabling automatic site generation and minimizing the risk of human error.
To achieve this, we developed custom in-house algorithms designed to adhere to specific designs while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
We translated the client’s vision directly into code during our sessions, adhering to specifications outlined in an Figma design.
Additionally, we meticulously crafted a link structure to meet SEO standards, boosting the website’s visibility and effectiveness. To enhance credibility, we included comprehensive legal content on the site.
Our efforts also encompassed the implementation of various key features, including an eCommerce section, a detailed brochure area, and a membership component.
We further expanded the site’s functionality by establishing connections with external software via APIs, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless user experience.
